HEY MOMIE Refund Policy
Membership Refunds
HEY MOMIE offers both monthly and yearly memberships. Please note that all membership fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide refunds, whether in full or partial, regardless of usage.
Monthly Membership: Can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the billing cycle.
Yearly Membership: Can be canceled before the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for unused months.
Event Refunds
Each HEY MOMIE gathering or special event may have its own refund policy based on the event type. The specific terms will be outlined in the event description.
HEY MOMIE Brunches & Gatherings: If an event allows cancellations, refunds are only possible up to 72 hours before the event. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
If a ticketed event is canceled by HEY MOMIE, attendees will receive a full refund.
Modifications & Cancellations
HEY MOMIE reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be provided.
Digital Content & Merchandise
Digital Content: Any ebooks, discount codes, or downloadable materials are non-refundable.
Merchandise: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at heymomie@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
