Terms and Conditions for HEY MOMIE

1. Introduction

• By using HEY MOMIE services (including the website, community platform, and any hosted events), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Membership

• Membership in HEY MOMIE is available to individuals who are interested in building community through hosting and joining gatherings, brunches, and related events. The membership fee is €10/month or €96/year, unless otherwise stated.

• Members must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in their jurisdiction.

3. Events and Gatherings

• Members agree to follow the rules and guidelines of each HEY MOMIE event. These events may be in-person, virtual, or hybrid.

• Event details, including dates, times, and locations, will be provided in advance. Members are responsible for attending the events at their own risk.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• For events, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to receive a full refund.

5. Code of Conduct

• Members agree to treat others with respect and kindness. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior at events or on the community platform may result in membership termination without refund.

6. Liability

• HEY MOMIE is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages sustained during events or gatherings. Members participate at their own risk.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content (including images, text, and materials) provided by HEY MOMIE is the intellectual property of HEY MOMIE and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

• By participating in events or sharing content, members grant HEY MOMIE a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Termination

• HEY MOMIE reserves the right to terminate a membership or event participation at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

• HEY MOMIE reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
